Our Boxing classes consists heavily of fundamental breakdowns, footwork and fight scenario combinations. It’s designed for all levels regardless of your experience. You’ll learn a new skill within an encouraging community.

METCON (Every Friday at 12:30pm)
Our Metcon classes combines strength training and cardio in short, intense intervals. It’s designed to improve your overall fitness and endurance. You’ll work hard, all while enjoying a supportive atmosphere with others who share your goals.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. All participants must have their own gloves & wraps however gloves can be provided for first timers.
2. If you're a beginner, we strongly recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your class so the instructor can take you through the fundamentals.
3. All cancellations must be made 3 hours before your class - unfortunately a refund won't be issued this close to a class.
4. You have the choice to reschedule a class before hand for another date prior to this.
5. Once the class has started if you're more than 5 minutes late, you may be turned away from your booking.
